Seeking a skilled Software Engineer to drive solution development across the entire lifecycle, from design to deployment.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional software development experience and a strong background in engineering large-scale software systems. A proven track record in designing and implementing reliable, scalable solutions is required. Experience with AWS cloud, machine learning algorithms, and distributed systems is highly desirable.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative automated solutions for customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving architectural and design choices, inventing new features, and building a scalable service-oriented platform.

A day in the life of this Software Engineer may involve:

  • Developing scalable, fault-tolerant services supporting large-scale customers
  • Taking a lead role in guiding and supporting junior engineers, promoting best practices in design, coding, and testability
  • Encouraging the adoption of new technologies and devising efficient algorithms tailored to customer needs

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications

  • Full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
