Key Requirements:

  1. Ensure that all welding operations are conducted in accordance with established quality standards and customer requirements.">
  2. Conduct thorough design reviews to ensure compliance with LEAR Guidelines and best practices.">
  3. Verify that all welding checklists are reviewed and updated regularly to reflect changes in LEAR Guidelines.">
  4. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.">
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement optimized welding processes that meet required quality standards.">
  6. Lead the control production process at the time of customer PPAP, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.">

For success in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess:

  • ">
  • A B.E/ B.Tech degree with 8-10 years of experience in the Welding domain.">
  • Seat system welding experience is an added advantage.">
  • Product Launch experience is also an advantage.">
  • Basic knowledge on CAD tools - Catia v5 and UG.">
  • Exposure to global OEMs' welding standards.">
