Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)

Experience: 1–5 years

Note: ITI holders will not be considered.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Robo Operator with hands-on experience in operating and programming industrial robots. The ideal candidate should have expertise in IGM, FANUC, and CLOOS systems, along with a strong understanding of welding processes and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and program robots (IGM, FANUC, CLOOS).

Feed parts to robots as per production requirements.

Monitor welding quality and correct defects such as cold lap, porosity, and undercut.

Perform daily robot maintenance, including cleaning and checking for loose connections.

Complete welding operations in accordance with production standards.

Skills & Requirements:

Programming knowledge and practical experience on IGM, FANUC, and CLOOS robots.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for welding defects.

Ability to follow safety and quality protocols in a production environment.
