Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Staff Member to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving corporate performance, product performance, and outcomes.

  • This includes partnering with senior business and product leadership to drive corporate goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build full-stack web applications in public and private cloud environments with large-scale automated test infrastructure.
  • Produce accurate technical design specifications.
  • Deliver high-quality software components and services adhering to RPR policies on Security, performance, longevity, and Integration testing.
  • Identify and propose new technology for scalable implementations.
  • Act as subject matter expert for assigned area.
  • Advise and train team members to maximize productivity and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of engineering experience.
  • Experience in Agile environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of modern programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript).
  • Unix/Linux, Big Data, SQL, NOSQL, object-oriented programming, relational database technologies.
  • Distributed computing tech (Hadoop, Spark), RESTful API, WebUI (HTML5), Modern JS frameworks.
  • iOS and Android environments.
  • Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and tools is a plus.
