As a Senior Technical Professional, you will be part of our team that develops and sustains innovative medical devices. You will lead the development of new neurostimulator system solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, technical knowledge, and experience in managing engineering teams. They will also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to translate research into product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement system design, development, and validation strategies for medical device systems and products.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in partnership with business stakeholders to develop new concepts from initial design to market release.
  • Oversee the investigation and evaluation of existing technologies in collaboration with internal partners.
  • Monitor documentation maintenance throughout all phases of development.
  • Coordinate activities across product teams to ensure timely delivery of system verification and validation testing.
  • Develop and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers involved in the system SI&T process.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of system verification and validation processes.

  • Strong technical knowledge in system design, development, and validation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate research into product development.
  • Knowledge of product development, clinical, and regulatory requirements.
