Job Description We are seeking a seasoned blockchain expert to lead the development of our blockchain solutions. This individual will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and implementing cutting-edge blockchain technologies that drive innovation and growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy robust blockchain solutions including smart contracts, decentralized applications, tokenization systems, and protocol upgrades.
  • Craft and audit secure smart contracts for tokens, decentralized finance protocols, and governance systems.
  • Conduct thorough research and implement comprehensive tokenomics models, including supply mechanisms, vesting, and utility design.
  • Develop and optimize multi-chain contracts with cross-chain interoperability.
  • Ensure contract security and gas efficiency, adhering to industry standards and mitigating vulnerabilities.
  • Develop supporting APIs and microservices for seamless blockchain interaction.
  • Implement event-driven architectures for real-time on-chain data processing and optimize database schemas for efficient blockchain data indexing.
  • Collaborate with business and software developers to design innovative solutions.
  • Research, create, and document existing and new blockchain structures and proposed solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent educational qualification.
  • 6+ years of experience in software development and blockchain solutions.
  • Proven experience with blockchain development frameworks and tools.
  • Strong programming skills.
  • Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, Golang, and Node.js.
  • Knowledge of Java, C++, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of algorithms and data structures.
  • Basic knowledge of cryptography.
  • Familiarity with current technology tools like microservice architectures and Docker containers.
