About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Data Analyst & Scientist to lead the development of AI-driven solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and deploy end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines (data preparation, training, validation, deployment).
  • Apply Large Language Models & Generative AI for NLP, predictive modeling, and analytics.
  • Create recommendation engines, scoring systems, and predictive models.
  • Run A/B tests and apply statistical methods to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into business systems.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in ML/Data Science with strong programming skills.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI frameworks, and deep learning.
  • Experience with Azure ecosystem, including Azure ML, Cognitive Services, and Databricks.
  • Knowledge of MLOps/model management (Azure ML Service / MLflow).
  • Strong background in statistical evaluation and large-scale data handling.

Desirable Skills & Expertise:

  • Machine Learning: designing, building, and deploying AI-driven solutions.
  • Large Language Models & Generative AI: applying NLP, predictive modeling, and analytics.
  • Programming: with emphasis on machine learning libraries and frameworks.
  • Azure ecosystem: including Azure ML, Cognitive Services, and Databricks.
  • MLOps/model management: utilizing Azure ML Service and MLflow.
