Role Summary:

In this role, you'll be the bridge between our leadership team and key stakeholders. From internal teams to external collaborators, from clients to creative partners. You'll handle logistics, scheduling, and coordination with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between leadership and key stakeholders (internal & external)
  • Manage daily schedules, meetings, communications, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth project execution and alignment
  • Prepare briefs, presentations, and documentation for projects and meetings
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Required Qualifications & Experience:

A recent mass communication/liberal arts/film graduate with 1-2 years of relevant industry experience or a fresher aspiring to work in a film production house. If you're passionate about storytelling and have a knack for organization, we'd love to hear from you
