Job Description">

As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to help serve some of the world's largest institutional investors. Your primary focus will be on preparing client presentations, pitchbooks, and review materials in collaboration with our Business Development and Product Specialist teams.

You will also play a crucial role in drafting and reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and investor information requests. Additionally, you will coordinate the distribution of research white papers, event invitations, and webinar materials to clients and prospects.

Moreover, you will support senior team members in scheduling and coordinating client meetings and investor conference calls. You will also manage and maintain consultant and sales databases, including performance data, flows, and product information.

Furthermore, you will provide ad-hoc analytical support, including portfolio data summaries and performance tracking. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering high-quality client-facing materials that meet the expectations of our esteemed clients.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.">
  • 0–3 years of experience in investment management, consulting, client reporting, or financial services.">
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus.">
  • Familiarity with investment concepts such as portfolio theory, asset allocation, and risk/return analysis.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to draft professional client-facing materials.">
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.">
