Enterprise Architect Position

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional who can lead the strategic design, development, and governance of our platform. The Enterprise Architect will provide a broad, strategic view of how our platform fits into the enterprise IT landscape, ensuring that platform solutions support long-term business objectives.

About the Role

An Enterprise Architect plays a vital part in shaping the overall architecture and strategy of our platform. This senior leader provides technical direction, ensures scalability and security, and maximizes the value of the platform in meeting cross-organizational needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Platform Architecture & Roadmap: Define and maintain the enterprise-wide platform architecture and technical roadmap, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business strategy.
  • Governance & Best Practices: Develop and enforce governance frameworks, design principles, and coding standards for the platform.
  • Integration & Interoperability: Lead the integration of the proposed platform with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide deep technical leadership and mentorship to solution architects, developers, and admins.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with latest releases and features, evaluating new platform functionalities and recommending their adoption to drive improvement and innovation on the platform.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT executives, and architects to translate business objectives into platform solutions.
  • Platform Performance: Ensure the platform's reliability, security, and performance by implementing best practices for instance health, monitoring, and upgrade management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Work Experience: ~10+ years of experience in IT, including several years in an architecture leadership role. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with our platform, designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions across multiple modules.
  • Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL frameworks. Proven experience architecting implementations at scale.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced Education: Master's degree in a relevant field or MBA is a plus.
  • Enterprise Architecture Frameworks: Familiarity with enterprise architecture methodologies and how our platform aligns within those frameworks.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience implementing our platform in multiple industries or large/global environments.
