Principal Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Principal Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business value and benefit realization across various client engagements.
Key Responsibilities- Elicit and document business and system requirements, creating requirement artefacts that drive project success.
- Develop user stories, functional specifications, and system design specifications by understanding customer needs.
- Negotiate stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Manage customer relationships, developing communication processes to keep stakeholders informed about project progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; minimum 5 years of experience in IT consulting.
- Prior working experience with ServiceNow is highly desirable.
- Excellent management, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, positive outlook, result-oriented, and effective communication skills.
