Our team is looking for an exceptional Network Security and Voice Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the security and reliability of our enterprise voice collaboration systems and network firewall security.

  • We are seeking someone with extensive experience in administering and supporting Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Webex Calling, and Webex Contact Center.
  • They should also have hands-on knowledge of managing voice recording platforms (Cistera or similar) and overseeing certificate lifecycle management (deploy, renew, secure).
  • In addition, they should be proficient in monitoring performance using LogicMonitor, WhatsUp Gold, SolarWinds, or similar tools.
  • The ideal candidate will also have expertise in configuring and administering firewalls (Cisco ASA/FTD, Fortinet FortiGate, Palo Alto).
  • Responsibilities include implementing firewall policies, VPNs, NAT, and ACLs to secure enterprise networks.
  • Troubleshooting issues across both voice and security domains to maintain uptime and compliance is also a critical aspect of this role.

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of combined experience in Voice/UC engineering and Firewall administration. Strong knowledge of CUCM, Webex, SIP trunks, and voice integration is essential. Expertise in Cisco ASA/FTD and Fortinet FortiGate (Palo Alto is a plus) is highly preferred. Experience managing certificates, PKI, and secure communications is also necessary. Familiarity with monitoring tools like WhatsUp Gold, LogicMonitor, or SolarWinds is a must. Relevant certifications (CCNP Collaboration, CCNP Security, Fortinet NSE, PCNSE) are highly preferred.
