Job Title: HVAC Systems Designer

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an experienced HVAC Systems Designer who will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions for commercial, residential, and retail projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive design plans for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems, ensuring compliance with international, national, and Gulf/UAE authority codes, standards, and guidelines.
  • Perform detailed engineering calculations for HVAC loads, PHE, and Firefighting systems, selecting suitable systems and equipment that meet project requirements.
  • Lead the development of design drawings, specifications, BOQs, and reports using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP, and BIM360 platforms.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of design outputs and deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to junior engineers/designers to enhance accuracy and efficiency in work output.
  • Support space planning, design reviews, and value engineering initiatives to optimize project outcomes.
  • Ensure timely completion of design production for district cooling, VRV systems, heat recovery ventilation, kitchen and basement ventilation, and other specialized HVAC solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in HVAC system design, with at least 2-6 years on Gulf design projects.
  • Proven expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP, and BIM360 platforms, with strong knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and authorities' regulations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
