System Analyst Position

We seek a skilled professional to analyze technology systems and processes for new feature implementation and design improvements.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will possess specialized knowledge in Oracle XStore 21 software and experience in Retail Technology.

A Day in the Life:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the POS application.
  • Develop business cases, including cost/benefit analysis, for strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness for guest and employee profiles, transactions, etc.
  • Create monitoring and alerting capabilities across multiple integrations, not limited to POS.
  • Automate report generation in Power BI, Splunk, etc., to obtain meaningful KPIs.
  • Understand the architecture of applications and the technology stack to recommend appropriate strategies to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, QA testers, and IT support staff.
  • Analyze real/actual data for business reporting, project decision-making, and production issues troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
