**Job Title:** Project Financial Manager

**Job Summary:

The Project Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of a project. They will prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure the project's financial health and viability.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide commercial input to the project execution plan.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare detailed project budgets and forecasts, including annual/quarterly/monthly planning and rolling forecasts.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders, including project expenses, revenues, and cash flow.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and laws.
  • Invoice Management: Coordinate with clients for approval on invoices, getting payments, and various forms for compliance purposes.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze actual vs. budget costs and revenue on the project, highlighting potential issues to the controller manager and project managers.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide recommendations.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication with stakeholders, including project teams, clients, and senior management.
  • Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • SAP Familiarity: Basic knowledge of SAP and ability to use it for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Educational Qualification: MBA Finance/CA-Inter/ICWA.
  • Work Experience: Total experience of 6-10 years.
