Chief Financial Project Strategist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing strategic financial projects. Your responsibilities include ensuring smooth operations and driving cross-functional initiatives across the organization.
- Project Planning & Governance:
- Establish and manage dashboards, workplans, and trackers for key projects.
- Coordinate strategic meetings and follow through on action items.
- Conduct regular reviews with program and operations teams.
- New Business Models & Entity Setup:
- Support in launching new business models and legal entities.
- Coordinate with teams on strategy and implementation.
- Track project risks, dependencies, and timelines.
- Strategic Initiatives:
- Manage high-priority projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.
- Monitor progress against strategic goals and raise any delays or issues.
- Support internal changes like new team structures and hiring.
- Community & Shared Services:
- Lead internal community efforts, organizing meetings and knowledge-sharing.
- Help design and launch shared services across teams.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Education: MBA in Finance, Strategy, or Project Management (PMP certification is a plus).
- Experience: 6-10 years in finance, strategy, or project management roles.
- Strong skills in project planning, coordination, and risk management.
- Confident communication skills to work with senior leaders.
- Comfortable with data and financial reporting tools.
