
Marketing Strategist

As a Brand Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for evolving and implementing Footprints brand architecture, messaging, and positioning to drive admissions and market leadership. This involves developing and executing national and regional brand campaigns, as well as localized brand strategies for micro-markets and individual centers.
You will partner with digital and performance teams to ensure seamless integration of brand and growth initiatives. Additionally, you will create insight-led brand narratives across various channels (social, web, video, influencer, offline) to build strong parent trust.
Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing brand presence on digital review platforms and aggregators, conceptualizing and executing on-ground activations, events, and partnerships with parenting communities, and conducting regular brand audits to maintain a high standard of brand representation.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably with multi-location consumer brands (retail, edtech, or D2C)
- Proven ability to translate brand campaigns into measurable growth metrics (leads & admissions)
- Strong understanding of omnichannel brand building digital + offline
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup
- Passion for education, parenting, and purpose-driven brands
