Comprehensive Accounting Professional

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to join our team. This role is designed to provide comprehensive accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Tax Compliance: Handle tax returns, ensuring accurate and timely filings.
  • Audit and Compliance: Manage and perform financial audits, internal controls reviews, and regulatory compliance assessments.
  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients regarding tax planning, financial strategy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise effectively with clients, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Reporting Advisory: Provide advisory support on financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on developments and changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Team Management: Mentor and oversee junior accountants and support staff, offering guidance and training.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification mandatory.
  • Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working directly with accounting and taxation.
  • Skills: Proficient understanding of accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in managing audits, financial reporting, and compliance assessments for clients.
  • Preferred Background: Experience in Big 4 or accounting firms is strongly preferred.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc.) and taxation tools.
