The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ERP systems, specifically Infor XA. They should be proficient in Synon code development, Control Language, and AS/400 utilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    ">
    • ">

    • Customize Infor XA based on functional specifications by designing, developing, and documenting technical solutions.

      ">">

    • Support user queries/issues across all ERP XA modules, including ERP XA 9.2.

      ">">

    • Manage daily application health by ensuring system uptime, responsiveness, and addressing break/fix issues and approved requests.

      ">">

    • Develop and test customizations, suggest corrections/improvements, and optimize SQL queries for performance.

      ">">

    • Have expertise with IDF framework, COM, inventory management, purchasing, production monitoring and control, master scheduling, MRP, ecommerce, supply chain, and manufacturing execution.

    Requirements:

    • Candidates must possess 5+ years of technical experience, good knowledge of Synon code development tool, and excellent understanding of Control Language & OS/400 commands.

    • In-depth knowledge of RPG, CL, ILE, SQLRPGLE, SQL/400, Query/400, DB2/400, DFU, IBM job Schedulers/ROBOT, Debugging concepts, and other AS/400 utilities is required.

    • Fluency in English is mandatory, and exposure to SFTP Process, MQ Series, XCOM, and working with XML files is beneficial.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, technical writing, and customer interaction skills are essential.

    • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, as well as coaching and mentoring abilities, are highly valued.
