Job Title: ERP Executive
Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Job Overview:
The ERP System Analyst and Implementation Specialist will play a key role in analysing, developing, and implementing the ERP system for the organization. This position will involve working closely with various departments to understand business requirements, ensuring the ERP system meets those needs, System analysis to developing custom solutions for organisation. The role also includes ensuring system optimization and offering post-implementation support & providing training to end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ERP training to end-users, creating user manuals and supporting documentation.
- Analyse existing systems and business models to identify areas for improvement and integration with ERP solutions.
- Troubleshoot user problems and offer technical assistance as needed.
- Provide day-to-day support to ERP users, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve technical problems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the ERP system runs efficiently.
- Analyse existing systems and business models to identify areas for improvement and integration with ERP Solution.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify functional gaps between client requirements and ERP system capabilities.
- Generate reports and analytics for business units, assisting in strategic decision-making.
- Create user guides, FAQs, and other resources to assist with self-service learning.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE) or Computer Applications (BCA).
