Job Title: Collections Performance Specialist

Role Overview:

The goal of this role is to create and execute targeted digital strategies that enhance collections outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Digital Outreach Strategies:
    • Create and manage multi-channel digital campaigns, tailored to specific customer segments and delinquency stages, with the aim of optimizing recovery performance.
    • Maintain a campaign calendar in line with business objectives and regulatory guidelines.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, tone, and escalation protocols.
    • Utilize the campaign builder platform to allocate customers across different channels, vendors, and risk scores, while ensuring dynamic allocation logic based on responsiveness.
    • Regularly monitor and refine allocation rules to optimize operational efficiency and recovery results.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Oversight of digital campaign vendors and platforms, ensuring high performance, compliance, and seamless integration with internal systems (CFRs, dialers, Filed App).
    • Track vendor KPIs such as engagement rate, PTP conversion, and recovery performance.
    • Conduct regular reviews, audits, and innovation pilots with vendor partners.
  • Analytics and Optimization:
    • Leverage campaign analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize digital outreach.
    • Use A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and predictive modeling to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
    • Develop and maintain structured MIS to track campaign outcomes and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Prepare and maintain documentation for compliance audits and Operational Risk Management (ORM).
    • Ensure all campaigns adhere to RBI guidelines, data privacy norms, and internal policies.
    • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to update SOPs and risk control matrices.
