Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our accounting team in Indore. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely completion of deliverables, managing client portfolios, and providing volume-related matrices to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all deliverables are accurately completed on time as per the agreed SLA with clients.
  • Manage assigned client portfolio, actively motivate, counsel, and support teams for goal congruence.
  • Provide volume-related matrix, alongside staff utilization, and forecasted changes to the senior management to ensure correct resourcing levels are in place.
  • Seek guidance from Manager in case of sensitive issues (out of control of self-influence).
  • Work as Subject Matter Expert and develop knowledge on cross-functional subjects (VAT, Payroll Tax, Corp. Tax).
  • Identify key roles within the team and develop succession plans for team members to be able to fill these roles.
  • Attend and complete trainings relevant to competence development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong team player with experience in working in a dynamic organization.
  • Solution-oriented with strong analytical skills, strong communication, presentation skills, and customer focus.
  • Ability to manage change sensitively and in a collaborative manner.
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and IFRS.
  • Candidates with KPO/BPO background would be preferred.
  • Senior Associate Post graduate/ CA Inter (3-7 yrs)
  • Associate Graduate/ Post graduate/ CA Inter (1-5 yrs)
  • Knowledge of IFRS would be an added advantage.
