As a Team Lead - Telesales (Pharmacists), you will manage, inspire, and grow a high-performing team of telesales executives. This is not just about managing operations, it's about building a culture of performance, ownership, and customer-first thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of telesales pharmacists to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Be the go-to person for escalations, problem-solving, and on-floor decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate degree in Engineering or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in telesales / inside sales / call centre sales with exposure to team handling.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead large groups, inspire performance, and make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
