We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Executive Leader. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving business success by providing exceptional customer service.

  • Maintaining and updating records of customer interactions is crucial for delivering outstanding service quality.
  • Effective complaint handling requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with documents related to sales agreements, such as General Power of Attorney (GPA) and Power of Attorney (POA), is vital for facilitating customer registration and other legal-related documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is necessary for creating and editing documents efficiently.
  • Staying up-to-date with AI-powered tools can significantly enhance the customer experience and improve overall efficiency.
  • Following up on outstanding payments is essential for maintaining a positive cash flow.
  • Interacting with financial institutions for documentation purposes requires strong organizational and time management skills.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Liaise with various departments, including Account, Legal, and Liaisoning.
  • Process customer accounts and file documents in a timely manner.
  • Work towards meeting Target Achievable Times (TAT) for customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a proven track record of delivering results.
