Product Development Strategist Role

 

At sun-mobility, our Product Management Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating the product roadmap. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features and initiatives that align with business objectives.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Prioritization: Prioritize product features and initiatives based on customer impact and business value, making trade-off decisions to balance customer needs with business objectives.
  • Customer Feedback Integration: Gather and integrate customer feedback into product planning and development, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Support the product lifecycle from concept to launch, working closely with business development to define feature requirements and user experience.
  • Analytics: Use analytics for product performance tracking, providing insights to inform product decisions.

 

Key Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner, particularly in automotive product development with a focus on electric vehicles, including BMS and chargers.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and product design principles.
  • Proven experience in fast-paced, growth-driven environments.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
