Cloud Support Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization.


About the Role
  • This role will provide cloud incident support and advice to customers and partners regarding hosted applications.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical and customer support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide cloud incident support and advice to customers and partners.
  • Utilize case management tools to log issues, track status, and related activities.
  • Minimize customer efforts, eliminate risks, and deliver the best possible experience.
  • Restore normal operations to clients during critical incidents.
  • Develop and execute extended support activities, including technical trainings, webinars, and mentoring.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field.
  • Experience working with technically diverse teams and international languages.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical skills: Client-Server architecture, Multi-tier applications, Databases, Operating Systems, cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS), and Linux.
