Strategic Director for Cloud Support

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement strategic plans to enhance cloud support operations, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Oversee the performance and effectiveness of the cloud support team, tracking KPIs and ensuring timely solutions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, driving feedback into product development and improving the overall customer experience.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, balancing cost-effectiveness with high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in cloud support or related fields, with a strong background in managing cloud-based infrastructure and teams.
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performance teams.
  • Excellent understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their relevance to customer support needs.
  • Collaborative mindset, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused approach, with a deep understanding of CSAT and NPS metrics.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Experience working with global teams and cross-cultural environments.
