Job Title: Creative Strategist

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Strategist to conceptualise and curate experiences for various events, including media drives, employee meets, dealer conferences, festivals, and special events.

This role requires creating lifestyle and product experiences for different communities, giving brands an opportunity to showcase their personality and tell stories to diverse audience groups.

We need someone who can create and curate content and experiences through various mediums – digital, music, film, art, pop culture, and more – to deliver a holistic experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective communication strategies and ensure clear and timely communication between the creative team and internal stakeholders (client servicing, production, film, graphic design, and set design) working on the brief.
  • Conceptualise and produce high-quality content that adds value to the agency's overall portfolio, measured by client satisfaction and pitch-winning work.
  • Pitch and write concept presentations that meet the client's expectations and showcase the agency's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life and deliver successful campaigns.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 8+ years of experience in concepts and strategy in creative fields like Experiential Marketing, Advertising, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Architecture, Theatre, Films, or Design.
  • A graduate or diploma in Advertising, Mass Media, Communication Design, Visual Merchandising, or Digital Marketing.

Desirable Skills:

  • Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and public relations.
  • Wide variety of interests in the Arts – broad strokes across literature, design, poetry, films, gaming, interiors, photography, entertainment, etc.
