
Human Resources Specialist

The Human Resources and Learning Development professional is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, procedures, and programs to support employee development, engagement, and retention. This involves collaborating with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify learning and development needs and design appropriate solutions.
In this role, you will develop and deliver training programs for employees at all levels of the organization, utilizing a variety of delivery methods, such as classroom training, e-learning, and coaching. You will conduct needs assessments, design, and develop instructional materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Additionally, you will manage the administration of training programs, including scheduling, registration, and tracking of attendance and completion.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
