Job Title: Pricing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive deal pricing across multiple engagement models, ensuring competitive positioning while protecting profitability.

  • Lead deal pricing for pursuits across Time and Materials (T&M), Fixed Price, and Managed Services contracts.
  • Partner with Sales, Solutioning, and Delivery teams to design commercial models that balance client competitiveness with organizational profitability objectives.
  • Develop, review, and maintain pricing models and cost sheets; ensure compliance with internal approval processes.
  • Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess risks, margins, and financial impact of large deals.
  • Track and publish win–loss analysis for submitted deals to identify pricing trends and improvement areas.
  • Support preparation and review of business unit Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Deliver monthly profitability reports, highlighting key variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Provide financial insights on market benchmarks, competitor pricing, and industry trends to strengthen pricing strategy.
  • Contribute to corporate finance initiatives, automation of pricing models, and governance processes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from a recognized institution.
  • 3–6 years of experience in deal pricing / business finance / Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) roles within IT services organizations.
  • Experience supporting global/multi-geo deals is an added advantage.
