Job Title:

Financial Operations Leader

Job Responsibilities:
  • Financial Governance:
    • Maintain precise financial records and reports.
    • Prepare regular financial statements in compliance with established accounting standards.
  • Compliance Management:
    • Timely submission of TDS, GST, income tax, and other regulatory returns.
    • Ensure all necessary compliance documents are up-to-date.
  • Banking and Treasury Management:
    • Coordinate daily banking operations and documentation.
    • Submit required CMA data, stock statements, and compliance reports to the relevant authorities.
  • Internal Controls and Process Improvement:
    • Implement and monitor robust financial controls.
    • Identify areas for process enhancements and support improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Audit Coordination:
    • Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes.
    • Timely resolution of audit queries and implementation of recommendations.
  • Management Reporting:
    • Generate periodic management information covering financial performance, variances, and forecasts.
    • Support senior management in informed decision-making through data analysis.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and train junior accounting staff to achieve team goals.
    • Ensure high-quality output and ongoing skill development among team members.
  • Financial Planning:
    • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
    • Analyze variances and contribute to strategic financial planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CA/MBA Finance qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in core accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, reconciliation processes, and audit procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, ERP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
