Role Overview:

This IT Governance professional will establish and maintain effective frameworks, manage risk and compliance activities, and ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

The role supports audit readiness, drives process improvements, and collaborates across departments to promote a strong culture of governance, risk management, and compliance.

Responsibilities include administering GRC tools like RSA Archer and MetricStream, providing training to ensure organizational adherence to best practices, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of IT governance processes, risk assessments, and compliance activities for future reference and audits.

The ideal candidate will possess 10 to 14 years of experience (min 6 years in IT Governance) with strong knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance, as well as experience with IT frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001/27002), project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and Enforce IT Governance Frameworks: Develop and implement effective IT governance strategies that align with industry best practices.
  • Sustain Risk Management and Compliance Activities: Ensure the organization's risk and compliance posture is up-to-date and aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Enhance Process Efficiency: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize IT governance processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead Audit Preparation and Response: Assist in preparing for and responding to internal and external audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance principles.
  • Experience working with IT frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001/27002).
  • Project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with GRC tools and regulatory codes in governance.
