Transformation Roadmap Strategist

As a Transformation Leader, you will oversee the development and execution of transformation roadmaps for clients in the customer service/technology domain. Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional initiatives, communicating with stakeholders, and developing strategic business plans to analyze feasibility and impact.
Some of your key objectives will be:
- To drive milestones to realization through effective project management and coordination of cross-functional teams.
- To provide timely communication to executive management, business owners, and process leads to ensure seamless project delivery.
- To collaborate closely with consultants to develop innovative solutions that enhance business outcomes.
- To identify new technologies and solutions that can be scaled across multiple service lines.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in change management and transformation. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field, and 10+ years of experience in program management and transformation leadership. Experience in the contact center or BPO industry is highly valued. Additionally, we prefer candidates with working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework, Six Sigma certification, or PMP/Organizational Change Management certification.
