Job Role: Career Development Intern

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Remote Work Opportunity

Compensation Package: Competitive Stipend

Professional Tax Deduction: ₹200

Net Take Home Pay: ₹14,200

Enrollment in the PGDM program is mandatory. The fee is deducted monthly from your salary (₹6,666/month) in a convenient EMI structure for 12 months.

Working Hours: 9 hours per day, 6 days a week. Rotational shifts and Sundays may be required based on business needs.

CTC Post Confirmation: ₹4-6 LPA (Based on Performance)

As a Career Development Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working closely with different teams within the Operations department. You will contribute to various aspects of business operations, including case analysis, document verification, and database management.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the operations team in day-to-day activities.
  • Conduct background verification checks for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.
  • Perform outbound calls to gather information and follow up on verification requests.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and security by adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree/graduate in any field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
