Job Description:As a Workday Absence Consultant, you will play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and support of Workday Absence Management solutions. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, and set up project governance.You will conduct workshops to identify, analyze, and specify absence management requirements. This includes drafting functional specifications and configuring the Workday Absence Management module. Additionally, you will monitor progress, ensure alignment with business needs, and follow up on configurations.You will define and execute testing scenarios to validate absence management solutions. Furthermore, you will support deployment and provide user assistance during transition to Workday Absence.You will also deliver training sessions to users and contribute to change management initiatives. Lastly, you will create comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes.Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Workday Absence Management projects, including implementation, support, or migration.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Absence module.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in absence management, leave policies, and compliance.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training within Workday.
  • Workday Absence Management certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse and dynamic environments.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
