Job Opportunity: Project Scheduler

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage complex scheduling needs across teams or for executive leadership.

This role is critical to maintaining smooth operations and ensuring optimal time use for subject matter experts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily calendars for various subject matter experts and team members from different back offices.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring optimal time allocation and minimal conflicts.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to arrange logistics (meeting rooms, video conferencing links, etc.).
  • Monitor and adjust calendar events as priorities shift.
  • Communicate schedule changes promptly and professionally.
  • Report on the occurrence and length of key calendar events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project coordination, project management scheduling, executive assistance, or similar administrative roles.
  • Proficiency with calendar and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
