Job Title: Human Capital Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional or Techno Functional Consultant with excellent communication skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for various clients.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit and HR Help Desk.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional or Techno Functional Consultant role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical skills in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Data Migration and Customization.
  • Ability to lead and develop best practices for effective techno-functional support for the enterprise business process area.
