Chief Technical Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Technical Architect to spearhead our technical direction and platform execution.

  • Own the architecture of our agentic AI platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high-performance capabilities.
  • Design and develop scalable backend infrastructure that powers automation workflows, leveraging distributed systems and workflow orchestration.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Closely collaborate with product, operations, and implementation teams to deliver into real-world hospital environments, driving technical execution and strategic initiatives.
  • Operate with a startup mentality, embracing autonomy, responsibility, and a bias toward shipping, while contributing to company-wide decisions as a core member of the leadership team.
Requirements
  • 7–10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering, with a proven track record designing and scaling complex systems and APIs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred or equivalent real-world experience).
  • Deep expertise in Python or comparable backend languages in production environments, with experience leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability and ownership.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, distributed systems, and workflow orchestration, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to make architecture decisions under ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams, with a startup experience or mindset – adaptable, resourceful, and focused on outcomes.
