Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to support our clients in implementing and maintaining their Salesforce systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop technical solutions to meet client needs, ensuring efficient and effective use of Salesforce features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects, from discovery and definition to deployment and maintenance.
  • Leverage expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, including latest technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in developing technology solutions, preferably in Salesforce environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Apex, as well as experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, with strong leadership and coaching skills.
