Business Strategist

The Program Team plays a crucial role in formulating business plans and offering directional guidance to channel teams. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Business Teams, Channels, Central Team, Internal Teams, and HR to provide insights on corporates, new sourcing, and existing book mapping details.

Furthermore, the team tracks business performance for key insight analysis and drivers, presenting data and PowerPoint presentations for Senior Management reviews.

This position requires strong analytical and presentation skills, as well as experience in working with Microsoft Excel and basic data churning tools like Pivot, vlookup, sorting, etc.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate business plans and offer directional guidance to channel teams

  • Skill Sets Required:
  • Experience in Corporate Salary Field/understanding business from field perspective
  • Experience in working on Microsoft Excel/basic data churning tools like Pivot/vlookup/sorting/etc.
  • Good analytical/presentation skills for Microsoft Powerpoint Presentations
