Leadership Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Leadership Development Manager to spearhead our senior L&D (Learning and Development) initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing all leadership programs across India, encompassing both sales and non-sales teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting the long-term strategic roadmap, facilitating workshops, and ensuring continuous improvement of all training materials and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the Leadership Academy's multi-year roadmap for India, aligning it with global and regional L&D strategies.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand business challenges and propose relevant training solutions.
  • Plan and project manage the yearly calendar for the Leadership Academy.
  • Facilitate and support all functional and leadership sessions, including Field Coaching for Sales Leaders, Momentum, LeadNow, and other development programs.
  • Support the creation and upgradation of training materials across various formats such as physical, virtual, and e-learning, ensuring they adhere to adult learning principles.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments to ensure business process continuity and content consistency.
  • Report on the progress of the Leadership Academy and track key metrics to assess effectiveness.
  • Drive and support continuous improvement procedures and systems within the L&D community.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • A minimum of 8-12 years of total experience, with at least 5 years as a Trainer/Facilitator for sales professionals.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral training for leaders, preferably sales leaders.
  • A Certified Master Facilitator or certifications in Instructional Design are an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and implementation skills.
