Job Title: Bentley Application Support Specialist

Job Summary:

Hatch is seeking a highly motivated Bentley Application Support Specialist to join our Digital group in Gurgaon, India. The successful candidate will provide technical support for all enterprise systems and software components in a complex mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, support, and resolve complex software, vendor, and proprietary technical issues
  • Monitor applications, application servers, document and analyze problems, and publish maintenance schedules
  • Identify and resolve medium to highly complex production problems for support of applications
  • Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the Information Technology field
  • 3 years hands-on experience in application administration and operational systems support (day to day operations including installation, upgrade, configuration, trouble shooting, debugging, patching)
  • Experience with at least one of the following Design Tool platforms: OpenPlant, Engineering Data Manager
