Job Title

The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with new people on a frequent basis and possess the ability to assess a candidate's potential through thoughtful questioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
  • Conduct phone or in-person interviews
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Act as the primary contact person for inquiries from candidates
  • Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • High energy and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet established performance metrics
