About the Role :

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers who are eager to build a career in recruitment. The role involves end-to-end involvement in sourcing and screening candidates, while developing strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Source and identify qualified candidates using job portals, internal databases, and social media.
- Communicate effectively with candidates (verbal and written).
- Understand and support the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Participate in training programs to develop recruitment expertise.

Qualifications (Eligibility) :

Fresh graduates in the following streams are eligible:

- B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, MBA (HR Specialization), B.Tech
- Only 2022, 2023, and 2024 pass-outs are eligible.
- MBA (HR only) 2025 pass-outs are eligible

Not Eligible:

- 2025 pass-outs B.Sc., B.Com, BBA,MCA,B.Tech

Required Skills :

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR concepts
- Good interpersonal and organizational abilities
