Merchandising Professional

The Merchandising Professional plays a vital role in maintaining the visual appeal of our stores, ensuring that products are effectively merchandised to drive sales and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Management: Manage the delivery of new arrivals and replenishments, ensuring timely receipt and processing of stock.
  2. Section Sales Monitoring: Regularly monitor section sales and rankings to identify areas for improvement and optimize product placement.
  3. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance to ensure alignment with business objectives and make adjustments as necessary.
  4. Data Analysis: Familiarize yourself with various reporting tools to inform merchandising decisions and drive business growth.
  5. Action Planning: Propose action plans in response to changing market conditions or unexpected sales trends.
  6. Product Feedback: Share comments and ideas for improving products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
  7. Order Management: Propose and check items for orders and blocking, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  8. Visual Execution: Execute visual merchandising tasks, including display setup, signage, and in-store promotions.
  9. Customer Service Support: Provide support for customer service tasks on the floor, ensuring seamless interactions and positive customer experiences.
  10. Training and Development: Assist in training Sales Advisors on fashion-related topics, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
