Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience in project management, with expertise in leading teams and managing projects.

  • Project Planning: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within the stipulated scope, and budget.
  • Team Management: Lead the initiation and planning of a project, ensuring technical feasibility, resource availability, and allocation.
  • Progress Monitoring: Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project, coordinate with internal and external parties for flawless execution.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders, measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.
  • Risk Management: Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks, report and escalate to upper management as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Certification: PMI certified
  • Experience: 12 years of experience in project management
  • Skills: User experience, UX, User interface, UI, Visual design, Coding languages including HTML and CSS, Frontend web programming languages and skills such as JavaScript, Ajax, and web animation techniques, Backend web programming languages such as C# or Java, PHP, and Ruby, Design software like Photoshop and Illustrator and Sketch, An understanding of SEO, Web servers, and how they function.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree: B.E., B.Tech, MCA
