Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic thinker to lead our digital solutions efforts. As a Sr. Brand Solutions Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including financial data and project updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize information and develop effective communication strategies.
  • Brainstorm and contribute to the development of innovative brand communication and strategy initiatives.
  • Share creative ideas and insights with the account team to inform campaign development.
  • Present monthly and weekly reports to management and clients on account activities and progress.
  • Conduct daily research on social media trends and platform updates, synthesizing this information to inform creative ideation.
  • Develop and maintain social media calendars and ORM/social media listening strategies for brands.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate level proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with ability to present ideas to clients effectively.
