Marketing Leader - Growth Strategy

We are seeking a Marketing Leader to spearhead the growth strategy for our business.

This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the full spectrum of marketing activities while guiding a team and collaborating with stakeholders across business units.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, and able to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth & Leadership:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals across multiple brands/business units.
    • Lead annual/quarterly marketing planning, setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and budgets.
  • Brand & Communications:
    • Build, position, and manage brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
    • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing campaigns, creative storytelling, and messaging.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Own the digital strategy including website management, search engine optimization/search engine marketing (SEO/SEM), paid media, and analytics.
    • Develop and monitor performance marketing campaigns to deliver high-quality leads across the group.
  • Content & Creative:
    • Oversee the annual content calendar and content strategy for multiple brands.
    • Coordinate with design teams, content writers, and agencies for visuals, videos, and creatives.
  • Events & Partnerships:
    • Plan and execute events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
    • Represent the group at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with 5-8 years of progressive marketing experience.
