Email Security Implementation Specialist

Our client is seeking a skilled Email Security Implementation Specialist to join their dedicated Proofpoint practice as an official Proofpoint Service Partner.

This role requires hands-on experience with email security or cybersecurity solutions, including a strong understanding of email protocols (SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), networking concepts, and familiarity with email routing, filtering, and encryption.

The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their security needs, design appropriate configurations, and ensure successful implementations of Proofpoint solutions (e.g., Email Protection, TAP, DLP, Security Awareness).

The key responsibilities include deploying and configuring Proofpoint solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to email flow, phishing, malware, encryption, and policy enforcement, and maintaining documentation and support handover materials for clients.

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience with email security or cybersecurity solutions, excellent communication and client-facing skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
