Media Planning Visionary

A senior-level media planning professional is sought to drive innovation and strategic thinking in our organization. As a visionary leader, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive media plans that align with client objectives and target audience insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Strategy Development: Spearhead the creation and implementation of tailored media plans, fostering seamless integration with broader campaign goals.
  • Campaign Leadership: Direct the planning process from brief to execution, ensuring optimal alignment with client objectives and target audience needs.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and strategic alignment.
  • Team Development: Mentor and build a high-performing media planning team, promoting knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
  • Process & Governance: Develop and implement efficient planning processes, governance models, and performance measurement frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of media planning experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of integrated media planning, digital and traditional channels, and measurement tools.
  • Proven experience managing complex campaigns with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with media buying platforms, planning tools, and reporting dashboards.
